Group Presentation / Collaborative Lesson Plan
Use Google Docs to create a collaborative presentation.

Assignment Description

The presentation is divided into two parts:
  1. The first part should include the tools you found most useful and a demonstration on how they are used and how you would integrate them into the classroom to engage students.
  2. In the second part, you will also need to design a collaborative lesson plan for your future students to complete that utilizes two of the tools (pre-approved). It can be related to one subject area that you all agree on or it can be outside of the “core curriculum.” (Emphasis should be placed on reading comprehension, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, teamwork, reflection, formative assessments, real world applications, and of course… technology. The concept of "partnering" should be emphasized)

The collective presentation and lesson plan will be created in Google Docs and presented (and shared) with the class.

  1. A google docs presentation or Prezi presentation that combines a description/demonstration of the tools and the lesson
  2. A google docs word document of the lesson plan and all associated materials in order to implement the lesson.
